PROGRAM
Day 1: ARRIVAL – ROME AREA
Transfer to the hotel. Overnight in Rome area, dinner in hotel.
Day 2: ROME
Discover Rome - "The Eternal City" - and experience the unique atmosphere between ancient and modern - the Colosseum, Roman Forum, the Vatican with St. Peter's Church are just some of sounding name with a guided city tour. Continue to the hotel in the area of Rome, dinner and overnight.
Day 3: NAPLES
Passing the mighty fortress of Monte Cassino takes you to the lively and impressive capital of Campania, Naples, at the foot of the towering Mount Vesuvius. Discover this traditional but also quite modern city in the Gulf of Naples with a city tour. In the afternoon drive to the Roman city of Pompeii which was buried by the eruption of Vesuvius in 79 d.c. Return to the hotel in Rome area, dinner and overnight.
Day 4: ASSISI
Today you will leave Lazio to the north. After driving through the varied landscape of Umbria takes you to the town of Assisi. Assisi was the workplace of St. Francis of Assisi with its exposed position and medieval religious buildings. In the afternoon, continue through Umbria to Tuscany to the hotel in Chianciano Terme, dinner and overnight.

Day 5: CHIANCIANO TERME
Enjoy the panoramic views of Chianciano Terme on the Tuscan countryside characterized by distinctive hills with extensive vineyards and olive groves on a walk. Explore the area and taste the famous Chianti wine from the area. Dinner and overnight in Chianciano Terme.
Day 6: FLORENCE
Through picturesque scenery you get to the capital of Tuscany, the incomparable Florence. Discover the most famous places and landmarks such as Piazza Signoria, Santa Croce, the imposing cathedral, the romantic Ponte Vecchio and experience the unique atmosphere of the city of the Medicis. Dinner and overnight in Chianciano Terme.
Day 7: FIUGGI
Today you will drive down south. Through the countryside and the landscape of Lazio gets back into the traditional spa town of Fiuggi near Rome. Visit of the medieval old town and enjoy the relaxed lifestyle and a real flavor of Italy. Or you can take the opportunity to visit Castel Gandolfo, the summer residence of the Pope and the charming village of Frascati. Enjoy the breath taking views of Rome and sample a glass of Frascati, the famous fresh white wine of this region in a typical wine cellar. Return to the hotel in Fiuggi, dinner and overnight.
Day 8: DEPARTURE
Transfer to airport for flight back home.
