PROGRAM

​

Day 1: BOLOGNA - MODENA
Arrive at the airport, pick up and according to your flight schedule we driver and continue to a local farm for a degustation of a Parmigiano, where we see how they make the most famous Italian cheese. Carry on to Modena for a visit and degustation of a local (Acetaia) balsamic vinegar factory where we will taste a balsamic vinegar of Modena. Transfer in hotel in Bologna, dinner and overnight.


Day 2: BOLOGNA - DOZZA
We depart from the hotel after a fantastic breakfast and guide visit of Bologna, the city with the towers, Piazza Maggiore, the Duomo.
Afternoon we move to Dozza for a wine tasting in a local enoteca. Dinner and night in Bologna.


Day 3: BOLOGNA – MONTALCINO – PIENZA - ORVIETO
After breakfast we move from Bologna for Torrenieri (near Montalcino) for a local degustation of the wine Brunello. After lunch we move to Pienza free time for degustation of the Pecorino cheese typical of the area. We then move to Orvieto. Night in hotel dinner and overnight. Night in Orvieto.


Day 4: ORVIETO
After breakfast today we will visit Orvieto a guided visit of Orvieto Underground, the Duomo, (Pozzo di San Patrizio). Lunch in a local restaurant in Orvieto to taste the local dishes. Night in Orvieto.


Day 5: ORVIETO – SPERLONGA - SORRENTO
After breakfast we move to Sperlonga free time in this lovely city and lunch in al local restaurant. Afternoon we move to Sorrento. Transfer in hotel. Night in Sorrento.


Day 6: SORRENTO – POSITANO – AMALFI - RAVELLO
After breakfast we move to Positano, to discover one of the most beautiful village facing the Mediterranean sea, fascinating with its local shops and narrow streets (view point only). We then move to Amalfi to discover of the oldest mariner republic. Lunch in a local restaurant to taste the local food based on dish with sea food. We move to Ravello a local village with an astonishing view of the Amalfi coast that will make you breathtaking. Transfer in hotel and overnight.


Day 7: SORRENTO - NAPLES
After breakfast we depart from Sorrento to Napoli city Centre. Today we will see how they make a local delicacy of Naples la sfogliatella (typical street cake).
Lunch in a local pizzeria…to taste the local Neapolitan Margherita famous because it was in honor of the Queen Margherita. Afternoon visit of Naples through the narrow streets and the old part Piazza del Plebiscito, Castel dell’ovo the Galleria Umberto I. Back in Sorrento. Overnight


Day 8: NAPLES – END OF THE SERVICES
After breakfast, transfer to the airport. End of the services.
